Project background Anhui iron ore crushing project, mainly processing broken iron-containing granite ore, by crushing and magnetic separation of iron ore and granite separation. Iron ore is further processed into iron powder, and granite is further broken into sand and stone aggregates below 31.5 mm for commercial mixing stations. A full set of ore crushing equipment and gravel crushing equipment are provided by Chengdu Dahongli Machinery Co., Ltd..
Situation on site
The raw material of granite ore is open blasting, the particle size ≤ 800mm, and the amount of mud ≤ 10 %. The raw materials are transported from the transport vehicle to the feed stand and poured into the feed machine ZSW 1550. By pre-screening the feed machine to select the soil and the gravel of 150mm, the conveyor belt input vibration sieve 3YK2170 for screening, > 150mm stone into the jaw Crusher PEV 950 X1250 to break, the feed control at 250mm. After crushing, the material is fed into the intermediate material warehouse by the conveyor belt for stacking, for use in subsequent breakage sections. The material is broken by PYY500, an input cone Crusher, and the discharge control is below 40mm. The broken material is divided into vibration sieve 3 YK2170, and iron ore is selected by magnetic selection. Material greater than 40 mm returns to cone break and is broken again. The finished product is divided into 0-12mm iron ore, 0-5mm mechanism sand, 5-15mm gravel, 15-31.5 gravel.
