Party A shall not bear any indirect losses and expenses other than the above mentioned fees and loans in this contract.
One Year Warranty
Dahongli machine to provide complete sets of sand and rock crushing equipment, the implementation of one year quality assurance. The warranty period is 18 months from the factory or 1 year from the date of commissioning and acceptance of the equipment. The user enjoys a one-year free warranty service based on invoices and warranty certificates, that is, the maintenance costs arising from the maintenance of the equipment during the warranty period due to the quality problems of the unit itself are borne by Dahongli Machinery Co., Ltd..
